1994 force 40hp by mercury S/N OEO13785 with red stator no spark both cylinders. Motor ran like a top then started hard the last 2 times and shut off going across the lake and hasn't started since. Pretty mechanically inclined I believe I have found it but would like some assurance. Unhooked black /yellow wire still no spark. Stator Green/white to white/green 688 ohms, isolated wires to ground are open. Continuity across yellow stator wires. Trigger 857ohms. Isolated coils check out perfectly. Now onto the adapter open from blue wire to ground, only getting 86v from the blue wire when cranking. I believe this to be the issue. Is there any test for the switchbox that I should be trying?
