hey guys so I just picked up a 2005 24ft sylvan pontoon ,with a 2005 50hp yamaha 2stroke ,, but the boat does not have a prop I want to go out on this weekend so someone please help, thanks in advance ,,

I think a 8" pitch is a good starting point.Consider a 4 blade or a 3 blade with a larger diameter.
