My friend just got a boat yesterday and when we took it for it's virgin cruise, I accidently hit the 'reverse' button while we were moving forward at a pretty good clip. We got to it pretty quickly and put it into neutral but, then we ended up having to paddle to shore until some nice people finally towed us. I am pretty upset that I have wrecked my friends boat. The motor is still working just fine, and the prop is spinning but, we go nowhere. I would appreciate any ideas you might have. He is pretty handy with mechanical stuff if we just knew what the possibilities are. Thanks to anyone offering assistance
