Serial # on block by flywheel 2643085
Current Carb is a Roch # 7041139
I ordered a Roch 3348-818621 to get back to the original carb. Mallory #9-34002. This was based upon the serial number from the valve cover crossed to the book for the correct carb number.
The problem: When the carb arrived the mounting holes are different.
The questions: What year engine do I have here?
Is it possible the remanufactured carb I recieved is wrong?
Can someone provide the dimensions of the mounting holes for both serial numbers I provided above?
