Please help me get the cover off my Chrysler 60

This is a really new guy guestion here goes. I need help getting the cover off the top of my outboard its a chrysler 60 hp. I was able to get it to turn over but I need to change the fuel line.
My question again is how to get the cover off engine....

There are two handles--one on either side of the lower pan right about in the bottom center behind the engine mount clamps. Push them down from the front and the cover lifts off
