I have a '75 25hp Evinrude. I broke the plastic "arm" that prevents me from starting in gear. 
I saw on another post that it's called a "Starter Pawl" on the 15hp and is seen in the "Exaust Housing" section of the parts diagram, but I can't find it for mine. Hopefully someone knows which part this is.
