I know everyone is enjoying their turkey, family, and friends, but please take a moment to say a pray and rememberance of my Dad, SpinnerBaitNut. This marks the 1 year of his passing. He loved this site and enjoyed every minute he was here. The family has be okay this passed year, but very hard without my Dad here to share things with. So, as you sit down for your Thanksgiving dinner, please say a pray in the rememberance of my dad. He considered you all here as his family in addition to his family at home. Let me be the first to say, I LOVE YOU, DADDY! You are in my thoughts everyday. A day doesnt pass without you in my thoughts. I wish you didnt leave so soon, but God had a bigger plan for you, I feel that heaven has gained another Angel, the one with the biggest heart. I LOVE YOU, DADDY!

Sadly, I joined afterwards and never got the chance to "meet" him. But I have read several posts and must say that he seemed like quite the guy. I am very sorry for your loss and your family will definitely be in our thoughts and prayers this holiday season.

Re: Please take a moment to read

Even though I never spoke with him here I guess through fate we
connected in some small way. This past week I was on here looking
at thread's, the one that I was on was old, but someone had posted on
it recently and at the end a mod. closed it saying this is a old thread
and the original poster (SBN) was deceased.

I joined this forum this past summer after buying my first boat and I
recognized the name SpinnerBait Nut because I did a lot of research
here. Well......, I started to wonder just who is SpinnerBait Nut??

So I found out, and read the heartfelt post's by you and your two
sister's. And all of his many, many, many, friend's here.

So my thought's and prayer's have been with you this Thanksgiving.
I lost my mom this past year and the "first" holiday season is tough.

Tougher for you though, as my mom was 81 and I am almost the same
age as your dad.
It's not really at all the same, but it was a strange coincidence that I
discovered your dad's passing here this week exactly one year after
he died.

GOD BLESS,
Brian

Lester was one of a kind, and I sure do miss him. I'm certainly honored that he considered me a friend. Some of my most enjoyable "conversations" were with Lester on more than just this site. He was one of the good guys.

I'm glad to hear your family is doing well daddy's spinner. Prayers are with you all.
