The plug is missing from the back of the boat. Does anyone know what kind and what size plug was in it. (the one below the out drive in the boat)

Thanks. I'll have to get one. Does it happen to connect with anything?

:pound:.... hilly you are talking about the hull drain plug right ? Or livewell drain or intake ? If it's the live well it prolly has a hose hooked to it .. Or it might be a scupper drain for the deck or something ..

I think it is the hull drain plug. We've seen some kind of tube like think laying below the engine that isn't connected to anything.

Really? If it is the plug at the lowest point on the hull under the outdrive, it is the hull drain plug, go to Wal Mart and pick one up and put it in the hole and go boating, geeze..

If you are really that unsure, post a picture.

hilly, the experienced guys are just being mean now.

Thanks. I think it is the hull drain because it's under the engine. I have a few more things to check before I get to take her out. I bought it and I know nothing about boats but when I heard it was a car type engine, especially an old one, that I know. But then I see the modifications and back to the learning board, lol. I'm hoping to get out there before the season ends and do what I've been saying I'm gonna do for almost 40 years now, go fishing. Thanks for the help everybody.
