Plugs fouling

I have a 2003 Mercury 150EFI and have had problems with plug fouling issues. This is what I’ve done, all these parts are new. Coils, crank sensor, both fuel pumps, reeds, had injectors cleaned and checked and still foul out the plugs on port side in less than 15 min. It used to be all the plugs would foul out, but since I opened the wiring harness and check for any bad wires now it’s only the port side that foul. Now the starboard side are burning nice. And also new thermostats. I think the only thing left is the ECU, but having a hard time finding anyone who can fix them, been told for that year there’s no parts available to fix. Any help would be appreciated and thank you.

I do not believe the plugs are at fault.----Sparkplugs today are very well made.-------Does spark jump a gap of 7/16" on an open air test device , yes or no ?-----Perhaps run with a timing light on the port side and observe the flashing light after 15 minutes run time.-----And yes with these exotic motors today the parts prices / availability is a concern.-----I would rather run with simple older technology that can be repaired at home.

I know it’s not the plugs, I had new ones in and before they fouled out the motor never ran so good. And I do not have DDT. Wish I did. And with the timing what would I be looking for a dim light on the timing light?

When a sparkplug is firing properly / getting proper voltage the light would be bright and near continuous at full throttle.----So if the light quits or is intermittent you have ignition problems.-------Or perhaps too much fuel going in.

I’ll get it on the muffs and try the timing light. Thank you for your help
