What being used these days to replace a wood floor in a tin boat? Haven’t done this in a while. I plan to epoxy both sides with the US Composites 3:1. I can get 1/2 marine at $89 per sheet but looking for cheaper options.

I JUST went through this dilemma... thought about the marine and high-end stuff that was real costly. I ended up getting ACX plywood at my local lumber store for $30 for a 4x8 sheet with a thickness of 15/32 (I believe).

You should be just fine with exterior grade. Just don't get the pressure treated stuff.

Yup Douglas fir 1/2 exterior grade plywood sealed up well with resin will do just fine.
