Points Conversion

Can anyone give me the part number for the pertronix kit for a 1983 Bayliner with the AQ125A motor of the same year as the boat. A sierra part number would great as I have that and a Napa Marine book. Thanks Rob.

As far as I know, there is no Sierra part number for a Pertronix ignitor. All you need is the make or model number of your distributor. Would be best to find that info and contact pertronix for the exact kit.

Also, be sure to get the Pertronix II. If you accidently leave the key on it will not burn out.

From what I can tell the sierra kit is a pertronix ignitor. Like the post before says go with the ignitor II. If you check the pertronix website you should be able to find what you need.
