Pompano beach

My wife and I spent a few days in pompano beach this past weekend, visiting some friends,MAN it was nice. 80 degrees wow.Had to come back to NC, where it was snowing and 25 degrees.If you folks live in year round boating weather ENJOY it !

Think im gonna start house shopping,lol.

Yep, we have it rough down here in South Florida...But I spend a bit of time in the Carolinas as well, not too shabby either,,cept when it COLD lol

I am from Miami originally and while it is nice never to be cold it is just as nice to actually see the 4 seasons

O, I agree with you all,just setting up on a balcony sunday morning,watching boat after boat idle out the waterway towards the ocean made me sick,lol. Knowing our boat is parked under the snow covered shed.

I was just there for 2 weeks myself! Stayed in Fort Lauderdale right on the intercoastal.

Had dinner at the Pompano Houston's which is also on the intercoastal. standing there with a glass of wine and watching all those boats cruising up and down the intercoastal in Feb. yet was very hard to watch.

Had dinner in the Pompano Bonefish Grill (great place). Problem with FL is when us snowbirds hit the various towns it's an hour plus wait to get into a restaurant.

I don't think I could take the humidity year round and the frequent lighting storms. But I could live on a boat in a marina off the intercoastal very easily.
If you are on the water there is less humidity. Get's a lot worse as you head into the towns West of the intercaostal.
