Pontoon trailer bow eye alignment problem

I just bought a 20 foot pontoon with a bunk trailer. The trailer is made for the pontoon.(so no adjustment for the bunk positions) The bow stops have about a 4 inch opening where the bow eye needs to go in between. When I get the pontoon on the bunks properly the bow eye is just outside of the right bow stop. Does anyone know how I could adjust this so it lines up correctly?

So I measured and measured again. I found out that the bow eye was not in the middle of the deck. It was 1 1/4 inches off to the right. I ended up drilling new holes for the bow eye and now it lines up correctly. Thanks.

Mine has 2 "bow Eyes". BUT they are both up under the deck a rib or two. One if for the winch strap and the other for a safety chain. FWIW...
