No..we care very much about the safety of the boating world. If this were indeed a serious problem, why are we just now receiving a post on it? After a few million posts that is...

First of all, who are "these people"? You can put your website URL in your profile and post it as a link in your post.

Second of all, your post sounds a wee bit over-exaggerated. You would probably get a better response to it if you pulled it back a bit from the edge of hysteria that it sits on now.

Finally, I fail to see how one could get a finger amputated in this type of hinge, perhaps you can explain it better for me:

That Gate Has The Guards, Are You Blind Or Just Dumb. Nobody Likes To Talk About A Horrible Event Like This. The 8 Other Cases In Our Area All Have Gotten Rid Of Their Boats And Dont Talk About It. I Am Far From Hysterical, I Am A Grandmother Who Just Doesnt Want Others Suffer Something That Has Been Going Oin Since The 1980s. I Understand Why This Site Wants To Protect Manufacturers. Lawsuits Have Been Going On For Years About This. Manufacrturers Would Rather Pay Suits Than Be Honest About The Problem. Are You Drunk?
