Poping sound through carbs?

I am in the process of doing the decarb process with the lower unit in a 55gal trash can and got to the part of spraying sea foam in the carbs. I am noticing that there are slight poping sounds like what the reeds sound like when you barely touch them with your fingers, but it does it eraticly on all 3. So i am guessing that is the lean pop sound that an outboard makes? I work on harleys for a living and they will sneeze back through the carb noticibly if lean. The jet in the top of all three carbs is a 30 so i am guessing that i need to go to a 32 or 33 mabie. Can any one give me a picture of what the plugs should look like. The electrode and the inner portion.

Is it in Latin? Does it sound like he is praying the rosary? Need more info on your "poping" sounds.

When I pushed on the reeds with my fingers they would make a pop sound when they lifted off of the seats, this is the same sound that i can hear through the carbs at idle and fast idle eraticly. If this is normal then ok but i dont know other wise. If I was having a lean problem then i would be able to see on the plugs pretty quick i would think but the plugs look black to tan.

try just adjusting the slow speed needle to get rid of the pop.

Check your engine temperature and thermostat function. If running cold, you get a lean condition. The same happens if you run on muffs or in a drum with too low water level. You need the back-pressure o get correct 'mix' in the cylinders.
