Possible project Larson 1967 all-american 166 16'

Ok so I got this boat Larson 1967 all-american 166 16' with 80 hp johnson super sea horse outboard with a 200 dollar fish finder sitting in for 100 dollars. Guy I work with didnt want to mess with it anymore because he couldnt get it to go into forward/ reverse ( linkage was put on wrong at the motor) fixed it in 30 min. Im thinking about fixing it up. Im sure the stringers / floor/ foam are all bad being I tilted the trailer back and water came out the hull and it hasnt been in the water for at least 6 months and there is a soft spot in the flooring. Also I know the transom is bad and was thinking about seacasting it for the repair. The hull is in great shape. Trying to get the motor running properly. I know it had run about 6 months or so ago when the guy I bought it from bought it. But I heard he ran it without water so he may have destroyed the water pump. Im just trying to figure out the possible cost of fixing this baby up. Im sure its worth it being I paid 100 for it.

This is the boat at auction 2 owners ago so you know what I am talking about. Found it online after I bought it.

Ok so im guessing I need, plywood, fiberglass, resin, carpet, seacast, wood for beams, tools for sanding/cutting, prybar, drill, chisels, foam, and im sure much more. Anything of value you can add so I can try to figure out the possible project cost (ballpark) would be appreciated for boat repair.

Things needed, tools and possible cost for items? Thanks

Somehow the boat made it from abilene texas to lake charles La. This forum has inspired me to restore this boat and has added to my confidence. The stringers are bad the transome is bad and now the motor is in bad shape. First thing i have to do is get the motor off... ill start a project thread sometime this weekend so all can be informed of progress with pics and i will have some people hold me accountable.
