Possible steering pin seal leak

On my bravo 3 boat we have been battling water in the bilge. So far, I have not been able to find the source. I finally found water in the transom cut out for the steering linkage that goes from inside the boat to the drive. The water is on the plate below the linkage rod. It appears the water is then running down into the bilge from there.

Is this the steering pin seal, any other places that would account for water here?

Nope the seal is gone , when you have it apart install the missing grease seal to help prevent future problems from rust and corrosion
