Potenial Buy - '05 Bayliner 205 XT - Need info

Theres more to this story in another thread...but right now I just need some facts regarding this boat. Reviews, input, any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Heres a great condition Bayliner for sale. Posted for $12,800. It is a 2005 Bayliner 205 XT (BR). Has wakeboard tower, extended swim platform, and bimini top, no other extras, just standard equipment. Back to back seating, which I like. 5.0 Merc V8. No hour meter, but looks in terrific shape, Id say less than 75...at most, or it was taken outstanding care of...

Need to know
1. How good is this boat all around? Hull, ride smoothness, wake, turning, power....?
2. Is this a fair price for the boat?

Everything is stock. Basic CD player/fm stereo, standard 4 speaker package (I beleive). Original trailer, cant find brand name anywhere on it - he said it is galvanized, has swing away tounge, tires are good to go. Stock prop, probably a 3 blade aluminum.

It probably rides very similar to our 195 which I think is excellent. If anything it rides better than mine because it is heavier and longer. That seems like a decent price for the boat. Be sure and give it a test ride before you buy though.
