Potential Larson purchase 2008 234 Escape

Anyone know anything about the 2008 234 Escape? Any good, any bad? I contacted Larson about warranty and they said there was no warranty available for this boat. Kinda strange, but whatever. The boat was not sold to the first owner until 2010. I guess the bankruptcy affected the warranties. Any thoughts?

I would be a little cautious with Larson. I looked at a Larson 280 last year and was warned by a colleague that the company that bought out Larson in 2009, (Larson LLC) isn't honoring the previous companys warrantees. I'm not a lawyer by any means so I decided to move on to the boat we now have. You may want to read this.

Well I went ahead and purchased the boat. A 2008 234 Escape, 350 Mag, Bravo III for $26k. Boat has 54 hours on it and was delivered new in 2010. It was really dirty but cleaning it up is part of making it yours. I think I got a good deal according to NADA.
