Potential new boat

I'm looking at a VERY nice Rinker 266. This boat seems to be well cared for and is just the size I need. I'm really quite resigned to buying her but this worries me. What do you guys think of this crack near the seat/floor in cockpit.

Is this cosmetic or a potential problem? What are possible fixes?

Just cosmetic and shouldn't be too hard to fix. Good excuse to get the price down a little.
