Powder Coating Corsa Exhaust Diverter??

Hello All. Sitting here at work wondering if anybody knows what all needs taken apart on a set of diverters in order to powder coat. Obviously the actuators and wires.. But I wasn't sure about the flapper assembly? Is it all metal bushings, or is there rubber in there?? I know you can buy them powder coated, but I'm assuming they are coated before assembly.. Anybody try it yet? Thanks in Advance. DB

Mine are stainless so I don't have the issue but I called Corsa when I needed mine extended and talked to Jeff. I'm sure Jeff will fill you in on anything that would be an issue. They are at 140 Blaze Industrial Parkway • Berea, Ohio 44017 / 800•486•0999
