After some work Iwombat helped me diagnose a bad power pack on my 1982 15 hp Johnson. The aftermarket power packs are $58. The OEM's are $96. That's a big difference. The guy at the boat store said the aftermarkets won't last very long. Has anyone had experience on this? I found a new OEM for myself on an auction site for $60 but for future reference, is there a difference??
