you have to use a special puller/installer. its avalible from most napa or advance auto stores in the US, some stores also rent them.
dont attept it without the tool as pump/pully damage is assured.
Yes I have a few pullers in my workshop. I will make a special one for this if I can?t find appropriate. I would like someone to tell me how to do this.
Is this bolt in the middle left or right threaded? I have tried to unbolt it (both directions) but it is rusty and I don?t want to use more force because I don?t know how it is threaded to prevent damage.
That's not a bolt; it's the pump shaft. The proper puller is a sleeve that fits in the groove at the very front of the pulley snout and is threaded in the center for a forcing screw that presses against the pump shaft.

And the installer tool threads into the shaft and pushes the pulley back on.
You MUST have the proper tool to do the job, or you WILL destroy the pump. It's just that simple.
