Power Tilt and Trim safety release?

Would the PTT system on a newer Suzuki 25 hp motor have some sort of safety release such that if you strike a fixed object it would release and let the lower unit rise?
Its run by electric motor which i assume pumps hydraulic fluid into a piston. I'd like to know if I strike a log it would release, or if not - rip the transom off my jon boat.

Most motors will release somewhat, but not in time to save people from flying forward when you hit something solid
