I have a 1991 Johnson 48SPL, model #J48ESLEIM, and it has the tilt assist. I am wanting to convert it to a power tilt and trim system. Can anyone tell me what year and HP will work for this?
1989 & up will work from 40/50hp 2 cylinder. They aren't easy to find at a bargain. eBay had a couple last week, but be prepared to pay. Nice addition to the motor.
