power tilt not working

i have a 2150 with a 350 / 280 volvo outdrive and the time before last the power lift quit i can hear a click on it .does anyone know what might be wrong with it . i let it down by hand and then it drug as we where putting her in and really messed up my prop.it is a big pain holding it up has we put her in and out. thanks for any help.

Could be power or ground to the relays, could be the relays hard to say at this poiint. You need to check fuses to start with, then do some relay checks.
Not much information in the OEM service manual, even less in aftermarket manuals.
