I'm not sure.... but the Merc website shows this:

P/T Pump Motor
The part: 87828 has been substituted with: 17649A02 17649A02
For Oildyne P/T pump w/plastic reservoir

I believe that is a Mercruiser pump

Re: Power Tilt Trim Motor - Whats It For

Assuming your trying to find a cross-reference list so that you can sell it? Google may provide much of the information you are looking for.

It will fit any Mercruiser that uses an Oildyne pump. It may fit some older outboard applications as well, where an external trim pump was applied but would not be original. Many people converted from the original external trim pump to the mercruiser pump (w/plastic reservoir) when thier original systems failed.

Toss it up on eBay with the part numbers you have already, make reference to Oildyne, and chances are anyone searching for it will be able to find it.

Good luck.
