I'm a new boat owner and new to the forum...i'll take feedback. I have a 1992 maxum 1800xr with a 115 merc outboard. Had it out and the trim/tilt up was working sporadically. The motor runs, but does not always tilt up. Only appears to happen in full tilt down position. Tilt down has no problems. Tried checking fluid level in tilt fully up at fill plug, and fluid leaked out. Is it pressurized? What are my options?
