Power Trim and Tilt 1978 Evinrude 200

On my 78 Evinurde there are 2 hydraulic stops that limit my negative trim, how fo I adjust these stops in order to trim in more?

Move the tilt pin all the way to the front hole.....

Tilt pin is correct. I was talking about the pads on the swivel bracket.

I moved the tilt pin but those stops keep it from reaching the tilt pin

Move that tilt pin all the way toward the transom !!!! I can't say anymore !!

The rods extending from those “pistons”

???----Those are the trim pistons.-----When you push the down button for your system the motor comes down.-----Then those 2 rods should retract and motor should trim all the way down.----Have to ask , is this your first boat with power trim ?----And how long have you owned it ?
