Power Trim For1983 50 HP Mariner/Merc

The water is at historic low levels here on lake St Clair so I'm trying to find a donor motor for a power trim unit.
Can anyone tell me what years and sizes of motors would be compatible with my motor?
Also, where can I go to see a picture of the actual components on a motor so I know what I'm visually looking for?
The motor manual I have seen does not cover the power trim components

Possible donors so far ..a 1976 60 HP Merc and a 78 50hp merc model 500
