Power trim issue 4.3sx

Having some issues with the power trim on my 1997 4.3sx

When at slow speed or idle I can power trim no issues what so ever. When at WOT or close to it and I trim the engine actually bogs down for a few seconds and you can watch the tach drop a few hundred rpm then when I release the trim button it comes back up.

A few people have said its electric, any ideas where I should start looking or what to look for

Start by checking all your positive and negative battery cables. They have to be clean and TIGHT.

Wing nuts should be thrown away and raegular nuts used and a wrench to tighten those clean connetions down. Then it will probably work.
One other note. There also needs to be more than one or two strands of wire holding the connector to the wire.

I will double check at the battery, what confuses me is at idle no issues at all or at under say 4000 rpm
