Power Trim Not Working And How To Add Oil ?

I have a 88 bayliner Capri with 2.3l ford inboard. When I press my trim button the solenoids just click. I was working earlier this year. Any ideas? How do I add fluid.

Ya out drive has to be up all the way up take screw out of reservoir and fill to bottom of screw hole.

Just clicking isn't a fluid problem.
The contacts need to be cleaned or solenoids replaced.
