Power Trim Popping Sound

Hey guys...I have a 2004 Yamaha 150hp VMAX on a 2004 Stratos 486 SF. I noticed that about the last 6 or 8 inches of me lowering my motor into the water with the power trim I hear a popping sound. I've read that it's just ball bearings that need to be greased. The motor lowers and raises fine, and the sound only happens when I lower it. I believe it's the bottom two rails that are making the noise. But I don't see any bearings. Would greasing the rails help? Thanks for any ideas.

Try greasing the ends of trim rods

greasing the end of the trim rods fixed it. THANK YOU!
