Rebuilding a 1980 Bayliner Quartermaster and the wiring is well "special" to say the least. I have made a panel, New gauges, new switches, ran all new wiring via a fuse block.
currently working on the final touches on dual relay power trim and would like everyone's thoughts on where to get the power for power trim motor.
Should it be wired directly to a battery or via the dual battery switch?
the previous owner(s) had it wired , unswitched, unfused directly to #1 battery.
Cheers
