i have a 1990 115 evinrude the control box has 1 cable going to the engine to be plugged in now how do i get power to the motor?:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Positive cable from the battery to the starter silinoid (sp) negative cable to grounding lug on the block.

The keyswitch completes the circuit for the battery, so do as crb suggested.
