powerhead change

I have 78 115 johnson with bad powerhead. 115ETL78c Will a 70 115 powerhead work on my motor. the used powerhead is off a 115ESL70d?

And what is the weight of a 1980 150hp johnson?

no different splines in craftshaft. NAPA boats has the weight of the motor, 300+
