powerhead removal on mercury 4.5 HP outboard

Hi :

I am attempting to remove a powerhead on my mercury 4.5 HP. I removed 6 nuts from the lower side of the motor(surrounding the drive shaft housing) and I can't get the powrhead to budge. What have I missed ?

I just had this problem before took of the nuts tryed to get it up no go I found that if you remove the studs put two nuts on the bottom lock them in them get the studs out I had a little corrosion around them stoping it from coming off it came straight off then .
