Powerhead replacement S200TXRX. How hard?

My friend needs to replace his power head on his 1999 S200TXRX.
How difficult is it to dress a new power head? Are there any gasket kits that need to be purchased, etc. How long does it normally take, etc?

I have the OEM manual and am pretty comfortable doing all maint items, just have never tackled a power head swap.

who is sending you the powerhead.
most times I am a phone call away
not hard at all if the powerhead bolts come out.
takes me about 14 hours to do the job with water pump,carb cleaning and testing.
there are some tips though

he ended up trading the twin S200TXRX (one blown) for a pair of F150's
