Prefab Composite stringers and Bulkheads

After removing my floor I found more wood and foam rot. I found a few web sites that sells composite preforms for the stringers and bulkhead. I have have the many threads on this and other forums. It seems creating stringers and bulkheads are doable, but I can't help think if my stringers and bulkheads can were prefabs the error factor is removed. Since I have never worked with glass there is a learning curve that usually cost metwice the amount of material. Does anyone have thoughts on prefabs vs home made? Thanks
