Been reading a lot here and retaining some information I hope. I am getting older and sometimes things seem to slip past me..... LOL Anyway on to the question. I seem to recall reading somewhere about pressurized fuel tanks. Does my 1958 RDE 19C 35 HP Johnson require a pressurized tank or would a regular vented tank work fine? I have yet to try and start this motor except for almost pulling my arm out of it's socket with the rope starter. Seems like all is there and together but I am unable to spin this thing over fast enough to get it to roar to life. Will hook the booster cables to it this afternoon if I don't pass out from heat stroke, been 34 Celcius or in the mid 90's for those on the Farenheit scale. Beer is evaporating as soon as I take the cap off.......................LOL:D:D:D

Re: Pressurized Fuel Tank

it can be converted to the new single line tank, but originally was the 2 line pressure tank. here is the conversion, it was to my RDE 19C.
