This is my 1978 Imperial Tri-Hull

I was almost lucky enough to have finished the project under 1500.00 total investment.

the boat and trailer were given to me...though both were in shambles...you cant beat free!

done the work myself so didnt spend any money on labor...

things were good until today...motor up and quit! if you are a mechanic i have a post in the johnson forum and would appreciate any help.

hope you enjoy the pics!!

Re: Pretty Much Done...with pics!!

sounds like poor battery connections to me,

after its fixed consider installing a temp guage, the heads usually come pre-tapped for the sensor, I got mine for around $40 here on iBoats.
Just looked, they're out of stock on all of them.

It looks great and you should be proud that you did it yourself. So whats going to be the next restoration job?
