Price for 1980 Carlson CV27

I have the opportunity (I think it's an opportunity) to buy a 1980 Carlson CV27. It has twin 350's and has a pretty nice triple axle trailer. The exterior finish is in bad shape and the upholstery is ok but the frames in the bucket and rear bench seats needs to be redone. The hull and motors seem to be in pretty good shape as there are very minor dings on the hull and the motors have 700 hours on them. I'm trying to figure what?s an average price for a boat like this. I have to say that this boat looks fast just sitting on the trailer!
I would like to hear from anyone who has a boat like this and can give me some insight as to if there are any common problems with the hull motor etc. Also let me know what you like about your boat.
