pricing a stingray

I am looking at buying a 2004 200LX stingray. Its in great shape and it has 86 hours on it with a 5.0 litre merc. in it. He is firm on 20,000 even in canadian dollars for it. Is this a fair price for a boat like this?

The Canadian dollar is almost at par with the US dollar right now, I would say that $20,000 seems to be about the going rate for a 04 200LX, but other boats that year will probably have a lot more hours on them, If the interior and overall condition reflects only 86 hours and it is in great condition it sounds to like a good buy.
