Primer solenoid for 1989 Johnson 48 SPL?

Does anyone know the part number for a primer solenoid for a 1989 Johnson 48 SPL? I haven't been hearing the solenoid kick in lately, I can't start the engine, and when I tool the solenoid off the engine and took it apart it looked like some of the plastic parts inside it were melted.

I believe I need an entire solenoid but I can't find it on the Johnson/Evinrude website. Can anyone help me?
