just picked up a mint 1989 johnson 8 hp. thought the carb ran by a manual choke, pulled out what i thought was the choke knob in front,
this is a primer system, is it pulled out all the way and pushed in
a few times?? as a pump?? noticed it had diagram on front, half
choke or half prime and full. any help appreciated.
