Anyone who has used a non skid covering for their floor,what kind of primer is best to use? Thanks in advance.

I would stay with whatever brand of top coat you are using. Do a little reading on the back of the can - they will give you a good reference point.
Two part paints, two part primer. Single coat paint, either way.
