Pro and Consd - 150hp Verado

I think I am going to buy a Mercury Verado for my boat this weekend.
I have been looking to repower and I was wondering if anyone out there has any pros or cons abot this motor. Are they carburated or EFI?

Mercury:
Verado
150XL
