1982 75 hp mercury leaning out on number 3 cylinder was told the carbs needed a good clean ok done soaked all night then sparyed with carb cleaner put back on and adjusted but now its still leaning out on #3 cylinder only what could cause this anyone have any sugestions was told the reed valves might be bad
