problem with johnson 130 2000'

hi
i have strange problem with my johnson,when i drive boat at low rpm 1000-4000 rpm everthing is ok,but if i go up 4000 rpm after 30 second my engine start turn of,like no fuel,its look like fuel pump start off at hi rpm,i put new fuel pump,same problem,i not shure but i think this start hapening after I change intake manifloid gasket but not shure,any idea whats hapening??

If you are in doubt about whether the intake manifold gasket is sealing or not,that is the first item that I would recommend looking into.Also insure that the carburetor linkage is allowing full horizontal opening of the flaps and that the timer plate located under the forward area of flywheel travels smoothly all the way against the stop screw when controls are advanced to full throttle position.

i again change manifold gasket,and check again everthing,but same problem,after 30 second on wot or somethint up 4200 rpm,i loose power,like no fuel,then i put engine on idle 10 second and i can go at wot again 30 second,any other idea?what is function on intake valve when i connection fuel pump on inake,is one way valve or somethink other?
