well.. went to winterize it after the first year i owned it, and when i drained the lower unit oil, hardly any came out, and what did was milky. I did fill it back up with fresh, but i am out of time this year to have it serviced, or to service it myself. Do you think it will be fine with the fresh lube in it over the winter until i can dig into it in the spring? I have a feeling i may have driven it like this the last time out as i did not check it before the last trip. Thanks for looking..

As long as you refilled it the unit will be fine till spring, at that time you will need to reseal it and put a impeller in it.
